Hi Patty, your stole sounds beautiful. I like the change you made to the edging. I can just imagine how soft and snuggly the pink stole is.

Hi Dot,
I just finished the Peacock shawl. I made it in pale pink, and edged it with the same yarn as the body, the pale pink. I did change the edging a tiny bit, where you have ch 1, then sl st, I did a ch 2, then sl st. That's all I changed. It is beautiful.
Thanks

Thank you, Cindi. You could do 2 rectangles using the same pattern stitch and then seam them together to form a poncho.

Hi, Dot, wow to ALL your work! I love the Pretty as a Peacock Shawl. I wonder if it would be easy to turn into a poncho?

What a NICE gift to come here after EASTER and find this BEAUTIFUL pattern to make that you have shared with us. It makes the spring seem brigther and the sun warmer with someone like you who creates beauty as an artist on canvas and shares it with us all. Thank you.
