Oh, boy! Now I don't know which my niece will like best, the pineapples, or this one! I'm thinking, this one...she's younger, "hipper" than I am, and I'm seeing chunky boucle yarns in "Micana" colors, lots of textures to go with this fantastic pattern.
Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful patterns with us!

Thank you, Kim. I'm especially glad to hear your husband is wearing the Eastwoodly Hat and getting compliments on it. I know that makes you feel great.

Hi Mary, thank you! I do plan to try to make a cape like pattern as soon as I complete the project I'm working on right now. If I have any luck with the design, I'll post it as soon as it's developed. Thanks for your interest.

I think the reason my patterns "fit us older folks" is cuz I'm one of us too. lol

I really love your site, what talent! Do you think you might create an adult front button cape anytime soon for those of us who can't reach over our heads and still want to be fashionable like the poncho wearers? It's so nice that your patterns "fit" us older folks. Thanks for sharing all that talent.

You're welcome, Kanda. I'm glad you're enjoying the patterns. My sons also love the ski mask, but they both refuse to even consider a poncho. lol

Thank you Dot for the wonderful patterns. I am in the middle of making the poncho for my 9 year old son. I had to adapt to fit him but it is a great pattern. I have make a few of you items and the hunting mask is my oldest sons favorite. He hunts and uses it all the time. Kanda

You do the nicest things for people by creating and ShARING these lovely patterns with so many crocheters. The weather is cold and even in California where I am. Yesterday was actually sunny but still cool. Your patterns are special and lift one's spirits. I will definitely enjoy getting to do this pattern. Alot of the stores have sales on yarn and this looks like something just perfect to make for ourselves and loved ones for the Valentine's Day around the corner. Thank you for being a special valentine to crocheters throughout the country!
I have to tell you that I feel a smile and joy in my heart when I check my e-mail and see a message from you. It really feels like sunshine as I go to check the message and find a pattern from you that you have designed and shared with each of us. Thank you for making January 2005 be alot brighter and cozier!
